So what are the options? I see them in three groups, can anyone suggest anything more?ġa) Get another SCSI card other than adaptec who is still updating ASPI for W7ġb) Get another ASPI layer (e.g. Now, I am no expert but I can see that whilst my adaptec SCSI card is recognised happily in device manager, transferring via SCSI due to the missing ASPI layer is not possible. No update will be available to support these operating systems. ASPI is not supported in any version of Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008 and should not be installed.
